Summer time alpine mountain biking.

August 2008 I was in the French alps rattling down the single track of Les Arcs and Vallandry trying not to lose any teeth, and trying not to get too much of a beating from my camera bag on the way down. My aim was to try and keep my camera bag as light as possible so as not to compromise my riding, but also to have enough equipment so as to not compromise the images, it’s a tough one to crack. So I opted for Canon Speedlights and small radio slaves and a healthy dose of natural light whenever possible. I think it worked out quite well, many thanks to Gordy Hughes @ The Goat Shed and James Strachen @ Trail Addiction
